Halysh N. Formation of a management strategy for the production of solid biofuels

Object is the process of formation of an enterprise’s management strategy by solid biofuel production in Ukraine. The purpose is to substantiate theoretical and methodical approaches and to develop practical recommendations on the formation and development of management strategy at the enterprises which produce solid biofuels. Methods are general scientific and empirical: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, analogy, concretization, abstraction, grouping, generalization, dialectic, systemic, historical, sociological, graphical and table interpretation, statistical and factor analysis, forecasting, SWOT-analysis, math modelling. The results are realized through the improvement of the theory and practice of strategic management at the enterprises which produce solid biofuels in the part of the formation of organizational and methodical principles that will help to build the general strategy of its management in the context of sustainable development. The novelty lies in the obtaining and deepening of theoretical and methodical provisions and developing practical recommendations aimed at building of the managerial strategy at the enterprises which produce solid biofuels. Introduced in to the activity of LLC «MAMI», LLC «Diamant D», LLC «Wood Energy», LLC «Salix Energy», Ternopil National Economic University. The sphere of use is the activity of small enterprises.
