Tsyliuryk R. Legal regulation of use of land for organic farming.

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical and practical investigates of the legal regulation of land use for organic farming, the characteristics of the formation and development of legislation in the field of organic farming on agricultural land, as well as the study of the concept and definition of organic farming as an element of organic agricultural production and legal category. The analysis of the essence of organic farming, as legal agricultural activity regarding the use of agricultural land has been carried out. The work clarifies the principles of legal regulation of land use in the process of organic farming, establishes features of land plots as an object of use for conducting organic farming, and also characterizes the subjects of land use rights for conducting organic farming. A scientific-theoretical analysis of the concept of legal forms of use of land for conducting organic farming has been thoroughly analyzed. The dissertation defines to the private features, land lease and emphyteusis as legal forms of land use for conducting organic farming. Substantiated proposals for making changes and additions to regulations in the field of land law in order to improve the legal regulation of this area of legal relations.
