In the dissertation developed theoretical propositions, methodological support and practical suggestions for ensuring economic security of the enterprise development (on the example of engineering or machine-building enterprises).
The concept of "economic security of enterprise development" is justified as the company's ability to ensure sustainable delivery of strategic objectives through the solution of contradictions and the use of financial, technological, informational, organizational and human capabilities of the enterprise development.
The theoretical basis of the principles and provisions of economic security of enterprise development are the concept of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility, resource, system and institutional approaches. Principles of maintenance of economic safety of development of sustainability of competitive position and the economic and financial condition, organizational adaptability, innovation activity and efficient functionality, corporate responsibility and sustainability. Formed position of ensuring economic safety of development: economic security is an integral component of the processes of development of the enterprise objects that are important from the point of view of the company's life and require some form of protection are the interests of the major stakeholders of the external environment of the enterprise resources and their use, integrating economic security into the system of strategic management of enterprise development defines the need to harmonize its objectives with development objectives, selection and development of strategic actions to ensure the economic safety of development based on the results of the analysis of possibilities of the enterprise and its operating conditions.
Analysed the innovation and institutional conditions of economic safety of development of industrial enterprises. The most influential factor in ensuring economic security of enterprise development defined: the organization of effective market infrastructure, the formation of the powerful personnel potential; the development of systems of machines and production technologies of new generations with the introduction of modern achievements of domestic and world science and technology; development of new materials that are environmentally sound, development and implementation of innovative projects, provided the organization of the production process with minimal environmental damage, to minimize pollution of the environment, improving the quality of corporate governance.
Developed the methodical providing of analysis of economic security of enterprise which provides the steps and sequence of procedures, a set of indicators and methods, and solves problems: modeling and identification of factors of economic security of machine-building enterprises development, evaluation of level of economic safety of development and technical-technological, informational and human resources potential to ensure the economic safety of development.
Proposed methodological approach to ensure economic security of enterprise development. A methodical approach to ensuring economic safety of development is implemented according to the parameters of the strategic configuration of economic security development. The proposed methodological approach allows to develop a strategic toolkit - a set of measures to ensure economic security of enterprise development.
Methodical approach to assessing the economic security of the enterprise development is one of the main instruments of protection and support of sustainable development of enterprises. The proposed system of indicators characterizes the targets of threats, and allows to develop, justify the choice of priority actions in terms of "ease of implementation – importance".
