Lapin P. Ensuring economic safety of rail transport enterprises on the basis of fire risk management

The state of economic safety of railway transport enterprises in the context of fire risks’ influence is analyzed. It is evaluated the structure, functional relations and determines the main characteristics of fire protection activities on the railway transport. The theoretical and methodical approach to the formation of a complex system of economic safety of rail transport enterprises has been improved and substantiated. The basic tendencies of rescue trains operation at the present stage are revealed. The scientific-methodical approach to the management of the activity of fire trains is improved on the basis of the proposed economic-mathematical model for determining their economic efficiency. The classification of fire risks of enterprises of railway transport, which is formed on the basis of: the place and causes of occurrence, mechanism of distribution, consequences of fires, is specified. The conceptual and methodical approach to the management of fire risks on the railway transport is proposed, which allows to distinguish the function of fire risk management in the system of economic safety and to investigate it in conjunction with other processes ensuring the economic safety of railway enterprises.
