Essay

The dissertation analyzes the current state of the problem of future lawyers’ creative abilities development in the process of humanitarian training in higher educational establishments. The essence of the concepts “creativity”, “creative abilities”, “creative personality” in relation to law students has been specified and defined as an indicator of effectiveness of law students’ humanitarian education. The structure, criteria and levels of future lawyers’ creative abilities development have been revealed. The basis of experimental study was the didactic model of law students’ creative abilities development in the process of humanitarian training. The model is based on creative learning, simulation and gaming technology, active, interactive and problem-based teaching methods. On the basis of the experiment, the effectiveness of the model and the feasibility of its introduction into the foreign language learning process have been proved. Recommendations on its implementation into the educational process have been composed.
