Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the effect of comorbid pathology on the course of hypertension in the treatment of patients with hypertension in combination with ischemic heart disease, impaired purine metabolism and obesity. According to the results of a survey of 127 patients, features of reduced quality of life indicators were found in patients with hypertension, unstable angina in combination with purine metabolism disorders and obesity with increased stress levels in comparison with patients without concomitant pathology that allow detailed rehabilitation for a year. It was found that inclusion in the therapy of speech predicate techniques, taking into account the leading representative system by 9.5%, increases the compliance rate on the Morisky-Green scale, which reduces the frequency of pain attacks and arterial pressure for all groups of patients. A new method of treatment of hypertension in combination with ischemic heart disease, disturbances of purine metabolism and obesity has been developed and substantiated.
