Alishov G. State regulation of activity of multinational companies in the development process of national economy (based on the example of food production)

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical, methodological and practical issues of state regulatory policy and the activities of international companies in the process of development of the national economy (based on the example of food production). The research describes the content and main features of international companies, as well as outlines their role in the process of development of the national economy. Key aspects of state regulation of multinationals in the developed markets are explored and the recommendations on strengthening the role of state regulation of multinational companies in the food market of Ukraine are provided. Also, certain risks threatening multinational companies’ operations in the country are defined. The concept of improvement of state regulation of multinational companies in the process of development of the national economy is developed and priority directions are set. Guidelines and tools of tax regulation impacting multinationals operations are formed. The key principles of tax regulation of multinational companies’ activities are suggested for consideration.
