The dissertation on the monographic level investigates the theoretical and practical aspects of investigating the infliction of bodily injuries committed by minors. On the basis of system analysis, the construction of the forensic description of the crime with the division of its structure into the following elements is grounded: the person of the offender; victim's person; motives; ways of preparation, execution and concealment; time, place and environment; trail picture of the crime.
