peculiarities of administrative and legal principles of the interaction between expert institutions and law enforcement agencies and directions of their improvement taking into account national practice and international experience. The system of law enforcement agencies interacting with expert institutions and the content of this interaction have been determined. The task and functions of expert institutions as subjects of the interaction with law enforcement agencies have been found out. The competence of expert institutions has been studied; and their rights and obligations while the interaction with law enforcement agencies, have been determined. Legal guarantees of expert institutions within the relationship with law enforcement agencies have been established. The content and features of legal liability of experts have been determined. The essence and structure of administrative and legal mechanism of the interaction between expert institutions and law enforcement agencies has been revealed. The main directions of the interaction of expert institutions with law enforcement agencies have been outlined and the procedure for their implementation has been determined. The author has systematized administrative and legal forms and methods of the interaction between expert institutions and law enforcement agencies. The organizational principles of the interaction of expert institutions with law enforcement agencies have been established. International experience of organizing the interaction of expert institutions with law enforcement agencies and the possibilities of its application in Ukraine have been analyzed. The basic directions for improving administrative legislation, which regulates the interaction of expert institutions with law enforcement agencies, have been substantiated.
