Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the systematic and thorough research of the theoretical foundations of the peculiarities of the forms of organization of labor of the investigation units of the National Police of Ukraine, as well as analysis of actual problems, taking into account the current legislation of Ukraine, and the search for ways to solve them. In the scientific work the legal description of the essence of labor of investigators was carried out, the structure of the organization of their work was given, the definition and analysis of the procedure of training (retraining) investigators of the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine, the procedure of their attestation, as well as the influence of the individual features of the person-investigator on the work of the units in general. For the first time, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of scientific works and valid normative legal acts, the definition of «the organization of labor of investigators of Ukraine», «professional growth of investigators of Ukraine», «professional training of investigators», «initial experience of the investigator», «the primary the experience of professional-investigative activities», «retraining of the investigating authorities of Ukraine», etc. The peculiarities of professional growth of investigating bodies of the bodies of internal affairs are highlighted. It was analyzed and proposed to supplement the procedure for the conduct of the investigation units of the bodied of internal affairs of Ukraine for training (retraining), as well as the characteristic attributes of the said employees. Specific suggestions for improving these procedures are provided.
