Pikul V. Legal status of subjects of labor legal relations in the sphere of labor protection.

The dissertation is devoted to the systematic and thorough analysis of the peculiarities of legal regulation of the status of subjects of labor legal relations in the field of labor protection. The paper examines the impact of globalization on the reform of relations in the field of labor protection, analyzes the current state of legal regulation of the outlined scope of the study, identifies the directions of its development, classifies the subjects of labor relations in the field of occupational safety, determines their legal category. The rights and obligations of each subject of labor relations in the system of labor protection are described. The role of state bodies in regulation of relations in the field of labor protection has been clarified. The interest of subjects of social and labor relations in the field of labor protection is singled out. The problems of legal regulation of the status of subjects of labor legal relations in the field of labor protection were established, as well as proposals were made for their solution. The directions of borrowing positive foreign experience in the investigated sphere have been formed.
