Thesis deals with the training of staff and further improve their regulation in conditions of market economy. It was shown probation order, analyzed every stage of the passage of employee training. On this basis, developed specific proposals for improving the current legislation on probation. The results of research projects formulated in the form of amendments to the Labor Code and other legislative acts of Ukraine.
