Bulbuk O. Clinical and experimental substantiation of orthopedic treatment of patients with defects of hard dental tissues

The dissertation is devoted to the study of methods of diagnosis and the substantiation of the choice of the method of treatment of patients with defects of hard tissues of teeth. We examined 304 patients, of which 120 patients were included in the study groups. As a result of clinical examination of patients, it was found that only in 5 % of cases there was a correct choice of treatment for patients with this pathology. Experimental research included anthropometric researches, mechanical modeling, methods of mathematical calculation. According to the results of our research, we have proposed the systematization of defects in hard tissues of teeth LOV/DD and the algorithm for choosing a method for treatment of defects in hard tissues of teeth, which can serve as a criterion for selection for the treatment this pathology. The high clinical efficiency and advantages of the proposed algorithm for choosing the method of treatment of defects in hard dental tissues based on our proposed LOV/DD systematization have been proved. The efficiency of the proposed algorithm was (97,5±2,5) %. Key words: systematization, defect of hard tissues of a tooth, diagnostics, restoration, algorithm of choice of treatment. Branch-Medicine.
