Frolova N. State regulation of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship: institutional and infrastructure aspect.

Object - the process of state regulation of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship in Ukraine. Goal – improvement of the theoretical and methodological provisions, methodological approaches and practical recommendations on state regulation of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship as the basis of economic growth of Ukraine. Methods - comparative analysis and graphical method, systematization and classification, morphological analysis, modeling, expert and computational-analytical, analogies and extrapolations, abstract-logical. Novelty - improved: the model of the institutional environment for the development of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship; periodization of the development of state regulation of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship; approach to the organization of state regulation of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship; was further developed: the theoretical provisions of state regulation of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship; systematization instruments of state regulation of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship; methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of state regulation of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship. Results – improved theoretical and methodological provisions, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for state regulation of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship in Ukraine. Implemented – in small and medium-sized enterprises and structural units of local governments. Industry – small and medium-sized entrepreneurship.
