Berezhyuk I. Customs regulation in the system of economic security of the national economy.

In the dissertation, a new solution to the scientific problem was made - the formation of theoretical, methodological and applied bases for ensuring the economic security of the national economy in the field of foreign economic activity on the basis of balance of interests of the state and business. The issue of the necessity to develop conceptual foundations, theoretical positions and practical recommendations concerning the introduction of an effective mechanism for ensuring the economic security of the national economy has been updated. The classification of threats to economic security of Ukraine was systematized, which allowed to form a list of indicators of economic security, namely, a system of indicators for its components in order to identify vulnerable spheres of ensuring the economic security of the national economy and identify the main directions of minimizing threats of internal and external character. The expediency of developing the concept of providing economic security in the field of foreign economic activity on the basis of balancing economic interests, based on which the compromise variant of the correlation of control measures of the bodies of incomes and charges with regard to providing economic security in the field of foreign economic activity and providing business simplifications taking into account their economic interests, is grounded. The mechanism of balance of interests in the system of ensuring economic security in the field of foreign economic activity is developed, which requires understanding the consistent set of relevant organizational procedures, organizational and economic and legal measures, and economic instruments for securing economic security in the field of foreign economic activity on the basis of balancing the interests of the state and business.
