Henyk B. Improvement of the methods of orthopedic treatment of patients with acantholytic damage of the prosthetic bed tissues

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the use of removable dentures in 56 patients with acantholytic lesions of the prosthetic bed tissues. The first degree of actinolysis was diagnosed in 14,32% of patients, the second - in 64,30% and the third in 21,46% of patients with acantholytic pemphigus .For the first time a diagnostic complex was developed, which allows to determine the degree of the severity of the acantholytic process on the oral mucosa, which contributes to the improvement of diagnostic methods of acantholytic pemphigus. Improvement of well-being according to the data of a subjective survey in the main group was noted in 20 patients, which was 71,42 % during the 7th day and in 27 patients during the 14th day, which was 96,42 %. A set of recommendations and an algorithm for the use of removable dentures designs in patients with acantholytic lesion of tissues of the prosthetic bed has been developed with proven efficiency for 74,42 % of patients. Improved methods of local therapy of manifestations of acantholytic pemphigus on the mucous membrane of the oral cavity are proposed.
