Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical and practical problems of the administrative and legal provision of personnel training of the National Police of Ukraine. In the work has been described the training of personnel for the National Police of Ukraine as a component of state policy in the field of higher education and the subject of administrative and legal regulation. There have also been considered the tasks and principles of personnel training for the National Police of Ukraine, and their significance has been emphasized in view of the fact that they determine the content, the main directions and ways of implementing this process, as well as the necessity to consolidate them in normative and legal acts. The administrative-legal status of training subjects for the National Police of Ukraine has been analyzed. There have been determined administrative-legal consolidation and training procedures for the National Police at the level of the centers of primary vocational training "Academy of Police", as well as at the level of higher educational institutions with specific training conditions. The emphasis has been on a new three-level model of police training, which consolidates progressive achievements, as well as new approaches to the training process for the National Police and has been highlighted the leading role in higher education institutions with specific learning conditions. The necessity of creating a system of educational institutions of the National Police of Ukraine has been proved. The foreign experience of personnel training for law enforcement agencies has been highlighted and the possibility of its adaptation into the modern domestic legal system is considered, as well as ways of improving the process of training for the National Police in the conditions of European integration.
