Tkachenko K. Formation of organizational and economic mechanism of management of personnel training for water transport enterprises

The thesis is devoted to the development of the theoretical principles and practical approaches to formation of organizational and economic mechanism of management of personnel training for water transport enterprises. The structural-functional model of cooperation between water transport enterprises and enterprises of personnel training for water transport has been developed in this work. The methodological provisions of the evaluation of personnel training enterprises, organizational and economic mechanism of management of water transport personnel training, rating assessment as an effective management tool for personnel training were improved. The management of water transport personnel training, the systematization of requirements for water transport personnel, the model of cooperation of future specialists in water transport, employers and personnel training companies have been further developed. The model will differ from the existing one by creating a special organizational structure, the main functions of which will be to establish links between potential partners for cooperation, monitoring the labor market and the market of educational services for water transport. This will allow to optimize the process of recruitment of the relevant qualifications, to systematize the employment of young professionals and to increase the adaptability of training enterprises to the requirements of market environment.
