Savchuk O. Public administration of labor migration in Ukraine

The thesis conducts a comprehensive and systematic research in public administration of labor migration in Ukraine. The thesis analyses content and features of migration processes, distinguishes their signs. Definition and types of labor migration have been determined. The regulatory and legal administration of labor migration in Ukraine has been explained. The thesis presents the author's definition of mechanism of public administration of labor migration; the essence and elements of this mechanism have been considered. The thesis describes the system of subjects of public administration, the competence of which includes implementation of powers in labor migration. Recommendations on implementation of positive experience of foreign countries in public administration of labor migration have been analyzed, adjustment of positive experience to domestic legislation has been proposed. The priority trends of the state policy on labor migration have been characterized. The proposals on improvement of the system of administrative responsibility in the sphere of labor migration have been given. Changes and additions to the current regulatory and legal acts in public administration of labor migration in Ukraine have been proposed.
