Essay

Purpose: to substantiate theoretical and methodological foundations and to elaborate practical recommendations for the development of the agricultural commodity exchange in Ukraine. Object: process of formation, functioning and development of the agricultural commodity exchange. Methods of research: analysis and synthesis; comparison; statistical and economic; calculation and construction; economic and mathematical modeling; scenario modeling. Theoretical results: creation of the basis for further development of theoretical and methodological foundations as well as practical recommendations for the development of the agricultural commodity exchange in Ukraine. Practical results: the author offered suggestions on functioning and development of the system of the agricultural commodity exchange in Ukraine. Scientific novelty: improvement of the methodological approach to creation and sustainable use of organizational and economic mechanism for the state regulation of agricultural product sales taking into account commodity exchange based on the basic principles, methods and means. The degree of implementation: Hrebinka Raion State Administration; Bila Tserkva Raion Council; Ukrainian International Commodity Exchange; Agrarian Exchange; Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University. Efficiency: the results of the research contribute to the development of agricultural commodity exchange in Ukraine. Sphere of use: agricultural commodity producers, exchange structures, regional administrations of agroindustrial development, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, higher educational establishments specializing in Economics.
