The dissertation is a continuation of scientific development of the concept of administrative and legal support of the system of criminal justice and is one of the first comprehensive researches in Ukraine, in which the administrative and legal principles of the reform of the prosecutor’s offices of Ukraine are disclosed. As a result of the study, a number of conclusions were drawn that could be used to form the system of administrative and legal support for the reform of the prosecutor’s office.
