Essay

The dissertation is one of the first comprehensive studies in Ukraine in which the prosecutor is considered as a subject of information law, as well as disclosure of information and legal aspects of the activities of the prosecutor's office of Ukraine. As a result of the study, a number of conceptual findings were made that could be used to further develop the theory of domestic information law, as well as to improve the functioning of the prosecutor's office.
