Song T. Sound world of piano pieces by Huang An-Lun: composer and performing projections

The thesis is devoted to the study of piano music of Huang An-Lun (born 1949) - one of the greatest composers of modern China, which currently resides in Canada. An important aspect of the composer’s understanding of music is in understanding and reproducing his sound world – an integral system that covers all means of expressiveness and figurative states. In a broad sense, it is close in content to the category of the individual style of the composer and is directed to a greater degree to the specificity the thinking in the timbre color of national perception of the world. The study of the sound world of piano works by Huang An-Lun is proposed to be carried out through the prism of the system of artistic communication, various forms of artistic reflection, vectors of the creative community. The mechanism of reflection of reality becomes a projection – the artistic vision of the world through the modeling of its own perception. An analysis of the piano works of Huang An-Lun revealed a set of complex basic expressive means of the sound world of Huang An-Lun's piano works, including techniques that expand and enrich the acoustic possibilities of a musical instrument that changes its sound.
