Essay

The thesis is devoted to deepening of theoretical and methodical principles and elaboration of practical recommendations for the further milk production development in agricultural enterprises and increasing of high quality milk volumes in the context of solving the food security problem within the framework of European integration. It has been established that during the years of independence in the agrarian sphere of Ukraine, market type of entrepreneurial structures was created and function. Their activity is more complex compared to other sectors of the economy due to the peculiarities of agriculture. Despite the long transformational period, the process of the business environment forming is still unfinished.
