Bazarnyk B. Professionalization of judges in the context of modern reform: philosophical and legal aspects

In the dissertation research, for the first time, a comprehensive theoretical synthesis was carried out and a solution to the scientific problem was proposed, which is to identify and study new ideas and trends in the professionalization of judges. The main scientific views on defining the definition of "professionalization" are analyzed. It is determined that the purpose of professionalization of a judge is legal goals, which include state, social, axiological, psychological, organizational aspects, and at the same time characteristic of both judicial activity and the specific features of each component of the system of professionalization. The concept of professionalization of judges as an individual, axiologically effective process of obtaining sound legal knowledge, acquisition of abilities, skills and practical experience of judiciary activity, which guarantees the rule of law in the state and ensures the functioning of fair justice, is defined.
