Essay

The author of the dissertation has carried out the complex analysis of the organizational and legal principles of interaction and coordination of law enforcement agencies in the field of combating corruption. It has been proved that the interaction and coordination of law enforcement agencies in the field of combating corruption as types of management activities are characterized by various organizational mechanisms and stages of management processes, the participants of which are law enforcement agencies (in the narrow sense of the latter category). Coordination in the field of combating corruption has been defined as a function of public administration, aimed at coordinating actions and combining the efforts of not less than two authorized agents to combat corruption by establishing rational relations (communication) between them by the third agent with respect to them and their further adjustment in the process of achieving joint expected result by the least efforts. The mechanisms of interaction and coordination of law enforcement agencies in the field of combating corruption in Ukraine have been researched in terms of the unity of the three components: normative (material and legal, procedural and legal components), institutional (subjects involved in coordination and interaction relations) and pragmatist (actions of the subjects of management – forms, methods and means of management; conditions of efficiency of the specified process).
