Partola A. Organizational and managerial bases of formation of cluster model of development of water transport enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the development of water transport enterprises on the basis of forming a cluster model as an organizational form which in the conditions of globalization makes a comprehensive approach to ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises. The dynamics and trends of economic development of transport enterprises of Ukraine and the European Union are analyzed. The problems and perspectives of river transport development in Ukraine are explored. The identification of potential cluster networks of water transport enterprises in the economy of Ukraine was conducted. The dissertation proposes a classification of joint cluster projects, which provides six variants of the most common areas of cooperation in the transport-logistic cluster: innovative, industrial, educational, infrastructure, information and communication, and ecological. It was constructed a hierarchical model of multicriteria selection of an optimal cluster project for joint implementation by enterprises within the transport- logistics cluster of water transport of Kyiv which provides the most complete realization of the goals, tasks and economic interests of its participants.
