Levchyshyna O. Consideration and resolution of public legal disputes in administrative proceedings of Ukraine with the participation of organisations of self-regulating professions

The dissertation is devoted to the complex legal study of the consideration and resolution of public legal disputes in the administrative legal process of Ukraine with the participation of organisations of self-regulating professions. In this work, the author analyses administrative-legal and administrative-procedural principles of activity of organisations of self-regulating professions. The types of organisations of self-regulating professions, whose representatives provide public services, as well as the peculiarities of participation of organisations of self-regulating professions in the process of considering and resolving public legal disputes in the procedure of administrative legal proceedings, are researched.
