Podoinitsyn V. Administrative and Legal Provision of Standardization in the Field of Defense.

Thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical issues of administrative and legal support of standardization in the field of defense at the present stage of state foundation. The available scientific approaches and practice of an application of national and international legislation are summarized to determine the essence, content, features and prospects of administrative and legal support of standardization in the field of defense of Ukraine. Theoretical foundations of modern administrative and legal support of standardization in the field of defense of Ukraine, as well as member countries of the Alliance and the EU, are investigated. The necessity of creating a system of administrative and legal support of standardization in the field of defense with signs unique to this system has been substantiated.
