The author of the dissertation on the basis of the analysis of theoretical sources, legislative acts of the national and foreign legal system and the practice of implementing their provisions has presented a generalization and solution of the new problem – administrative and legal rules of the financial system functioning in the context of globalization and European integration have been defined; the best practices of Poland in this area have been highlighted and the possibilities of its application in Ukraine have been offered. An assessment to the current state of functioning of the world financial system has been provided.
