In the dissertation the theoretical principles of formation of the anti-crisis potential of the enterprise are generalized and summarized; defined the concept of "anti-crisis potential of the enterprise" in the system of related concepts and processes; The scientific approach to the formation of methods and mechanisms of adaptive management of the crisis potential of the enterprise is substantiated. The influence of the macroeconomic environment on the anti-crisis potential of enterprises is investigated. the formation of components of an anti-crisis potential assessment of the enterprise is substantiated; The theoretical and methodical approach to the evaluation of components of the company's anti-crisis potential was developed and a scientific-practical approach to the development of a strategy for the formation of crisis-building potential of machine-building enterprises in the system of adaptive management was proposed.
