Horodko M. Management of the logistic system of milk processing enterprises

The theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the formation and implementation of organizational and economic tools for managing the logistics system of dairy processing enterprises are researched. The generalization of modern logistics theory shows that in the theoretical and methodical aspect, the logistic system is a kind of economic system, the main properties of which are: complexity, hierarchy, structuring and organization. The properties combine to provide logistic system stable functioning and development to meet the requirements of the environment. It is proposed to define the logistics system of the enterprise as a complex multi-level system, which contains logistical, organizational-economic, social-psychological and legal-legal subsystems, combined in a single continuous process of enterprise management, has direct and feedback links with the external environment and is based on such principles as the consistency of the elements of the logistics system, their interconnection and interaction; operational and continuous provision of information; adaptability of the logistics system to constant changes; awareness of the personnel of the mission of the enterprise.
