The dissertation is devoted to the coverage of theoretical, methodological and economic principles of conservation and reproduction of land in agricultural enterprises. The author's interpretation of conceptual principles of economic principles of preservation and reproduction of land fertility in agricultural enterprises is substantiated; the influence of diversification of agricultural production on the regulation of land fertility in agricultural enterprises through restructuring of crop rotation is determined, economic development tools for preservation and restoration of land in agricultural enterprises have been improved, investment attractiveness of agriculture is estimated. Improved and developed economic mechanisms of state support for the development of organic production by providing financial support to agricultural producers. Further development of the sphere of financial and economic security has been acquired due to the increase of soil fertility and the institutional formation of the economic component of soil fertility in agricultural enterprises.
