Sezonova O. Administrative legal principles of grant of educational services by establishments of higher education with the specific terms of studies

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and legal analysis and practice of administrative-legal regulation of organization and provision of educational services by institutions of higher education with specific learning conditions. The concept is formulated, content and main features of educational services are defined. The essence and structure of the administrative-legal mechanism of providing educational services by institutions of higher education with specific learning conditions are revealed. The administrative procedures of organization and provision of educational services by the institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine are described. The legal nature, directions and forms of interaction of institutions of higher education with specific educational conditions with the subjects of formation and implementation of state educational policy are determined. The ways of development of administrative-legal regulation of organization and provision of educational services by institutions of higher education with specific learning conditions are outlined. Proposals on improving the legislation on improving the effectiveness of these entities in the field of education are provided.
