Thesis is scientific research in that the features of the legal adjusting of order of acceptance and application of previous decisions are examined on state custom business. A division into periods of the legal adjusting of previous decisions is conducted on state custom business of Ukraine with the selection of three periods of development that are interconnected and successive.
