The dissertation was devoted to the search for new theoretical constructions and the solution of the scientific problem in the study of administrative and legal relations in the field of executive proceedings in Ukraine, the development of a corresponding theory and the formulation of a number of new scientific propositions and conclusions proposed personally by the applicant. The author attempts to determine the legal nature of executive proceedings in Ukraine by identifying the terms «proceedings» and «process». Was formed the concept and a list of general and special features of administrative and legal relations in the sphere of executive proceedings. Also was disclosed separately their derivative and exceptional specifics. The subject structure of the analyzed legal relations is revealed and their Classification is carried out. It was emphasized that the subjects of administrative-legal relations in the field of executive proceedings in Ukraine have a close relationship with the corresponding objects, which at least can be considered in several variations. Separately it is determined that one of the specific features of administrative-legal relations in the sphere of executive proceedings in Ukraine is their content. It was argued that European experience is necessary for conducting qualitative reformal changes in the analyzed area. Therefore the author was convinced that it is fully to justified to update the executive legislation by creating a new specialized law in this area – «On implementation of decisions», similar to European law in the future perspective, but in the present circumstances it is urgently necessary to make changes and additions to some normative legal acts.
