Fenych Y. The administrative-legal ensuring of the right to citizenship in Ukraine

The dissertation describes the essence of the right to citizenship, characterizes the component parts of the administrative – legal mechanism of the ensuring of the right to citizenship, selects the imperfections in the normative system and the problems in the institutional ensuring of the right to citizenship. Also formulates the positions and ideas regarding their improvement. The content, volume and the limitation of the right to citizenship by the state are described. It is determined the list of requirements to the public authorities which form the content of the subjective right to citizenship and the limits of realization of such a right. It is substantiated that the limits of the interference in the right to citizenship by the state should be determined by means of the «three-component test».
