Essay

As part of the presented work, it was conducted a number of experimental studies of the lysozyme activity under experimental stomatitis, because of developing and putting into practice a new form of this medicine – the fortified lysozyme. It was experimentally proved the significant therapeutic and prophylactic efficacy of “Lysozyme forte” in patients with stomatitis compared with other drugs containing lysozyme and with “Querthulin”, which was confirmed by clinical and laboratory tests. Also, it was conducted а complex clinical and laboratory examination and approbation of “Lysozyme-Forte” in 60 patients with gastrointestinal pathology and stomatitis. “Lysozyme-Forte” reduced the level of urease in 2 times, effectively reduced microbial seeding, increased lysozyme activity to almost 80 units, increased level of nonspecific immunity, normalized dental status.
