Yeromenko I. Interaction of an investigator, a prosecutor, a lawyer and a court in a criminal proceeding

The dissertation reveals the procedural, organizational and tactical bases of interaction of the investigator, prosecutor, lawyer and court in criminal proceedings both during pre-trial investigation and in the court session. Analyzed scientific publications, the provisions of the criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine and the practice of its application and proposed the author's definition of «The interaction of the investigator, prosecutor, lawyer and court in criminal proceedings». The relationship between the concept of «interaction» with terms such as «joint activity», «coordination», «procedural direction» is considered. The principles of interaction, organizational and procedural forms, as well as the limits of its implementation are determined.
