Essay

Object: the process of using automated control systems for production and business processes of mechanical engineering enterprises. Purpose: the research and the development of theoretical, methodological and practical principles on the use of economic tools for optimization of control systems at the enterprises of the machine-building industry. Research methods: the method of scientific experience and terminological analysis generalization, methods of analysis and synthesis, method of induction and deduction, systematic approach method, statistical method of data processing, method of grouping, method of comparison, method of systematic analysis, methods of classification and calculation, method of forecasting, rating method, generalization method. For the first time: it has been proposed a model of interaction of functional modules of the ACS, which provides for the planning of the costs of all available resources and the use of production capacities; it has been improved: a methodical approach to substantiation of the decision on the choice of automatic control system and software variants by taking into account the size of the enterprise, readiness and specificity of the technological process at the enterprises of mechanical engineering; methodical approach to the evaluation of the readiness of the machine-building enterprise for the implementation of automatic control system, which is based on the algorithm of forming a comprehensive scale of scoring; methodical approach to determining the economic efficiency of the use of automatic control systems, which is based on an integrated assessment of the implementation of modernization of automated control systems; it has been further developed the defining the essence of the concept of "modernization of control automation systems"; conceptual approaches to automated enterprise management, which imply a change in the enterprise management system in terms of the following vectors: organizational, innovative, scientific and technical, financial and investment, public-private partnership; the conceptual apparatus of “modeling of technological maintenance using ERP technologies”; the essence of the concept of "automated control systems". Field of application: machine-building enterprises.
