Chornenkyi V. Administrative and legal basis of state management of the tourist sphere of Ukraine

On the basis of the dissertation research, the administrative and legal foundations of the public administration of the tourist sphere of Ukraine are justified. The theoretical and methodological basis for the study of the administrative and legal foundations of the state administration of the tourist sphere of Ukraine is disclosed. Considered the tourist sphere of Ukraine as an object of public administration, assessed the current state of the domestic tourism industry, determined the forms and methods of state regulation of the tourism industry of Ukraine. The main principles and priorities of the state political policy as a component of the national policy of Ukraine are analyzed. The features of the formation of regional tourism policy are revealed, the analysis of administrative and legal regulation of the tourism sector is made. The essence and structure of the mechanisms of state regulation of the tourism sector at the national and regional levels are clarified. The ways to improve the organizational and legal mechanisms of state regulation of the tourism sector have been identified. Analyzed foreign experience of administrative and legal regulation of tourism and the possibility of its use in Ukraine.
