Ilchyshyn N. Characteristics of subjects in the legal relations of administrative proceedings

In the dissertation, on the basis of the complex use of a number of theoretical and methodological approaches, the description of subjects in the legal relations of administrative legal proceedings in Ukraine was carried out. The scientific basis of the dissertation research is revealed. Formed theoretical and methodological foundations of the characteristics of subjects in the legal relations of administrative justice. The concept of legal personality as a precondition for the participation of a person in the administrative process is analyzed. A description of the administrative court as the subject of the administration of justice in administrative proceedings is filed. Characterized by persons involved in an administrative case, by analyzing the parties as subjects in the legal relations of administrative legal proceedings; the legal personality of the third persons in the administrative case and the representatives of the parties as subjects of the administrative process. Characteristics of persons providing assistance in the administration of justice are given. The directions of improvement of the legislation, which establishes the legal personality of the persons involved in administrative proceedings, are outlined.
