The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and applied provisions of the implementation of the crisis management system at aviation enterprises. To achieve this goal, it was envisaged to formulate, formulate and solve the following tasks: to find out the essence of crisis management; to determine the peculiarities of the formation of the crisis management system at aviation enterprises; to disclose methodological approaches to the determination of bankruptcy of aviation enterprises; to analyze the state and tendencies of development of aviation industrial enterprises; diagnose the threat of possible bankruptcy of Ukrainian aviation enterprises; to analyze the functionality of the crisis management system at aviation enterprises; propose anti-crisis adjustment of adaptive scenarios for the development of aviation enterprises using corporate instruments of capital use; improve the mechanism of implementation of the crisis management system at aviation enterprises; to develop a model of functioning of the crisis management system of activity of aviation industrial enterprises.
