Lamakh T. Pre-trial investigation of mass riots: organizational and legal aspects

In dissertation theoretical positions and practical recommendations are set forth in relation to investigation of mass riots. The criminalistics analysis of crime is carried out in accordance with its constituents: the circumstances that are subject to proof are clarified, typical inquisitional situations and algorithms of actions are formed in its limits on the initial stage of investigation. Tactics of separate inquisitional (of criminal investigation) actions that is conducted on initial and the further stages of pre-trial investigation are outlined. Certainly, directions of cooperation of investigator with operative subdivisions during investigation of mass riots in accordance with judicial and not judicial forms realization. The features of the use of the special knowledge are exposed in judicial and not judicial forms, the features of bringing in of expert and realization of examination of materials of the audio video-recording, a portrait, ballistic and other types of examinations, are outlined. Criminalistics recommendations are offered from participating of advocate in pre-trial investigation of mass riots. The organizationally-tactical features of pre-trial investigation of mass riots are analyzed in foreign countries.
