Naydonov I. Information technology of the formalization of voice information in systems of dispatch control of vehicle traffic

Thesis research is devoted to the solution of the actual scientific task — the development of models and methods for the formalization of voice information in dispatch control systems of vehicle traffic. The information technology of the formalization of voice information in dispatch control systems of vehicle traffic was developed: the model of voice interaction of driver and dispatcher in dispatch control systems of vehicle traffic (which is presented as a complete communication script graph of all stages of the delivery «depot - road - delivery point»); the method of formalizing the voice information in vehicle dispatching support systems using intelligent reflex systems; dual system of classification of voice commands (which is tuned to the subject area and uses the method of intelligent reflex systems or the method of convolutional neural networks, depending on which of them is more effective); tool for formalizing voice information as a mobile application for the Android system. The use of experimentally proven information technology can improve the management of the distribution process.
