Golovkov O. Administrative activity of district police officers

The thesis is one of the first scientific studies which in an integrated manner, with usage of modern method of obtaining knowledge, considering the present-day achievements in the science of law, provisions of the modernized legislation can study administrative activity of district police officers, defined a package of new scientific statements and conclusions, offers regarding introducing of alterations and updates to the current laws and regulations of Ukraine and reasonable acceptance of new documents. A district police officer was characterized in accordance with the purpose in view and tasks as a subject of administrative activity of the National Police of Ukraine; international experience of work organization for district police officers was generalized and it was offered to apply practices of particular countries in Ukraine; author’s definition of “administrative activity of district police officers” term was presented, characteristic features that reveal its content were identified; tasks, principles, directions, forms, and methods of administrative activity of district police officers were studied; particularities of directions implementation of administrative activities of district police officers, theoretical generalization and recommendations focused on providing of effectiveness and their realization have been formulated
