Essay

The dissertation is one of the first fundamental researches in Ukraine in the field of military courts. It gave an opportunity to solve research question on justification administrative and legal basis of military courts’ establishing and practice in modern Ukraine. As a result, theoretical statements were formed and set of actual propositions on amending national legislation was proposed.
