The dissertation provides the complex research on the administrative and legal status of the road traffic`s participants. The scientific design of the administrative and legal status of the road traffic`s participants issue is analyzed; the historic premises of its becoming and development are picked out; the peculiarities of its international and legal standards are characterized. The notion itself is formulated and the essence of administrative and legal status of the road traffic`s participants is analyzed; their rights and duties are distinguished and the mechanism of administrative responsibility is determined. The guarantees for implementation of the road traffic`s participants` rights are characterized and the organization of the road traffic as a method of providing the security of the traffic participants is defended on a administrative basis.
