Savchenko T. Administrative and legal regulation of hunting in Ukraine

The dissertation is an independent, completed scientific work devoted to the study of the administrative and legal regulation of the order of hunting and hunting. The work emphasizes that the animal world acts as an element of the national security system of Ukraine, on the level of protection of which the stability of the economic and social situation in the country depends. The author of the study analyzed in detail the very concept of «hunting». It was found that both at the level of theory and at the legislative level there is no single approach to understanding this concept. Therefore, the author proposed to use the terms «hunting economy» and «hunting». At the same time, under the hunting economy should be understood the sphere of social production, the main task of which is the protection, regulation of the number of wild animals, the use and reproduction of hunting animals, the provision of services to hunters in the implementation of hunting, the development of hunting dog breeding. Hunting can be defined as a type of special use of the animal world by tracking, pursuing for the purpose of hunting game animals that are in a state of natural freedom or are kept in semi-free conditions within the hunting grounds
