The dissertation is devoted to solving an important scientific and practical task of providing innovative development of the construction company through the development and substantiation of the methodical foundations and practical recommendations for the formation of specialized tools of organizational and economic type of development strategy development in the modern dynamic market environment. The value of the results obtained for science determined by the development of a methodical mechanism based on the methodology of interpretive schematics and includes monitoring, adaptive and synthesizing stages of definition and formation of an innovative strategy for the development of a construction company. The significance of the results obtained for the practice determined by the development of qualitative managerial tools of the manager on making managerial decisions based on a specialized algorithm whose essence synthesizes analytical, predictive and adaptive functions. The author's interpretation of the definition of «innovative development of a construction company» can be interpreted as an optimization complex of measures and procedures that envisage the activation of existing and new for the entity of the processes taking place at the enterprise, as well as optimization of resources of different nature and composition aimed at increasing competitiveness. Operating company (goods, services) in order to increase the efficiency of functioning in the context of providing a goal-oriented general economic acceleration. The methodical principles and organizational principles, practical recommendations for a new solution to the scientific and practical problem of the formation of specialized organizational and economic type tools are developed and substantiated in order to provide a managerial process for the innovative development of construction enterprises in order to ensure a high level of performance of the construction company operation in an unstable market environment. The methodological principles and principles of the development of managerial building science of organizational and economic tools for innovative development of a construction company have been improved in accordance with the priorities of the construction company's functionality, according to certain objects of localization of efforts, processes of updating and modernization with the corresponding methodology of measurement, evaluation and control of the performance of their specific functions of innovation development. The methodical principles and procedures of management of innovative development of the enterprise are formulated that expand the paradigms and functionalities of the development of management science in relation to structural and dynamic changes of construction enterprises on a qualitatively new innovative level of economic growth in conditions of permanent threats and resource constraints.
